1: When you try over and over to define in detail the definition for some word that you came up with, for an invention, and the more detail you provide the higher the rejection rate becomes. There are pleanty of words on urban dictionary that have pleanty of descriptive detail.

  * e.g.,  ... The main question to ask is why did all of my descriptive details get blocked? The only answer i can come up with is someone is keeping me down. 

 [ "keeping the census down" ]

1: relieving yourself sexually as to not be forced pull a Kobe (see Tyson style) and create an unwanted "keep a nigga baby".

  * e.g.,  ... Your Mom was busy, so I just spent some time keeping the census down. 

 [ "keep them collars down" ]

1: Intended to indicate that one might be suffering from Inflated Ego Syndrome (a little-known virus which predominantly affects white male freshman). Symptoms of IES include: wearing of Abercrombie, popped collars (hence the phrase "keep them collars down"), and also may include symptoms of Urban Imitation Disease (UID).

  * e.g.,  ... "Hey frosh, nice Abercrombie shirt! Keep them collars down!" 

 [ "keep your mouth down" ]

1: A variation on the common saying, "keep your voice down", but with more emphasis on physically keeping the mouth out of sight and harm's way.

  * e.g.,  ... Bob: No, those girls totally reek of cigarette smoke, no way would I think about hittin' that.

2: Secondary usage of the phrase:

  * e.g.,  ... John: Damn it Bob, keep your mouth down, they are right behind us. 

 [ "keep your mouth down" ]

3: Also used when receiving oral pleasure and the giver lifts his or her head at an inopportune moment, typically before climax or orgasm.
